Spaghetti cooked with a "Tomatoes Isabela Sauce" and chicken, whole plum tomatoes, wine, herbs, a touch of feta cheese and fresh basil. 

Carnitas Fajitas

Chicken Mole Empanada (baked)

Chicken cooked with mole sauce and baked in an empanada dough, served with a cup of tortilla soup.

Pasta Jalisco

Spaghetti and carnitas in a mild organo sauce with cilantro, sour cream, corn and queso fresco.

Enchiladas Vallarta

Shrimp enchiladas topped with a tomatillo salsa, served with back beans and rice.

Spinach Salmon Salad

Fresh spinach leaves and salmon topped with feta cheese, olives and marinated whole plum tomatoes, with balsamic vinegar and a touch of olive oil.
