(a classic coastal dish)
Shrimp sauteed in spicy blend of Mexican seasoning, served with black beans and Spanish rice.

Chicken Mole de Doña Teresa
A classic dish of chicken cooked in a pasilla chile sauce, a mixture of 14 herbs and spices with chocolate. Served with black beans and Spanish rice. Tortillas on the side.

Our traditional carnitas (pork) dish is served with rice and beans and tortillas.
